OUR GENERAL PRICE LIST
Rolla Cremation and Memorial provides the goods and services as listed below. You may choose only the items you desire. Any services selected except Anatomical Donation, will include a charge for our basic cremation services which accounts for our overhead. If it is necessary for you to purchase any items that you do not specifically indicate due to legal or regulatory requirements, we will provide an explanation in writing on the statement describing the funeral goods and services that you selected.
These prices are effective as of January 1, 2017, and
are subject to change without notice.

1.) Direct Cremation (Without Visitation/Ceremony)

Transfer of your loved one from the place of death to our facility within a 50 mile radius of Rolla
($3.00 per mile after 50 miles)
24 hour per day Care of your loved one
Preparation of all necessary documents
including death certificate, social security and any VA forms

Service at the cemetery of your choice
(within 50 miles radius of our facility in Rolla)

Each medical school will have their own criteria for anatomical donation. In some cases there will be restrictions on weight, manner of death, etc.
Rolla Cremation and Memorial has no control over this.
Also
In most cases no cremated remains are returned to the family following an anatomical donation.

Payment Options:
All payments must be received prior to any services preformed or merchandise ordered.
We accept cash, checks, verifiable insurance assignment and the listed credit cards as forms of payment.
(A 2.75% processing fee will be added to total if payment made by credit card that is present and able to be swiped)

(A 3.50% processing fee will be added to total if payment made by credit card that is not present and has to be manually entered)
