David Murrell Bower, age 65, of Salem, MO., passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at his residence. David was born on August 29, 1953, a son to the late Charles Bower and Eloise (Stoler) Spates.
David proudly served in the United States Army. He enjoyed collecting guns and working on vehicles. He would be willing to help anyone in need and never met a stranger.
David is survived by one daughter, Felissa Sawyer of AZ, one son, Joshua Crocker of Houston, TX., five grandchildren, Cody Allen of Rolla, MO., Kierra Crocker and her fiance’ Junior Castaneda and family, Shaun Crocker, Caden Crocker and their mother, Tonia Commiato all of Houston, TX., two brothers, Charles Duane Bower and his family of Grand Prairie, TX., Paul Allen Wade and his family of Baytown, TX., two sisters, Virginia G. Valdes and her husband Steve of Conrod, TX., Kathleen Davis and her family of Salem, MO., several nieces and nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by one brother, Tracy Lee Wade, one brother in law Ferrell Davis, and one sister in law, Shirley Bower.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
