Deak "Chris" Christian Anderson

Deak “Chris” Christian Anderson, age 53 of Dixon, MO, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023, at his home.

Chris was born November 10, 1969, in Granite City, IL, a son to James Anderson who survives of Dixon, MO and Katie Kelley who survives of Livingston, IL.

Chris was the owner of C Anderson Roofing for many years.

He enjoyed arm wrestling, arrowhead hunting, fishing, hunting, fish keeping and spending time with his family.

In addition to his father James Anderson and stepmother Janis and his mother Katie Kelly, Chris is survived by his former stepmother, Alice Carton of Dixon, MO; children, Alexis Dean and her husband Garrett of Rolla,MO, Brooklyn Anderson of Sioux Fall, SD, and Stephon Anderson of Eldon, MO; brothers, Nathan Kelley and his wife Melissa of Dixon, MO,  Cole Anderson of St. James, MO and  Rob Hamilton and his wife Angelique of Springfield, MO; sister, Christy Hyde and her husband Curt of Kansas City, MO; grandchildren, Cooper and Allee Dean of Rolla, MO; nephew Lane Kelley and niece Sarah Kelley as well as many other family and friends.

A Celebration of Chris’s life will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday June 3, 2023, at the Dixon First Assembly of God Church, 810 W. 4^th St., Dixon, MO 65459.
