Genevieve O'Neal

Genevieve O’Neal, 85, of Rolla, formerly of Versailles, passed away on Friday, March 14, 2025, in Rolla. She was born August 25, 1939, in Versailles to Barney and Tina (Garber) O’Neal. Genevieve was a 1957 graduate of Morgan County R-II school.

She enjoyed sewing, cooking, collecting recipes, and even though she was not an active member of any church at the time of her death, she was a strong woman of God with an amazing faith.

She is survived by her daughter Cara Rene (Will) Turner of Dixon, granddaughter Ashley Meiburger of Enid, Oklahoma, grandson Harley Deadmond of Dixon, and great grandchildren, Logan, Jayce, and Avery of Enid, Oklahoma.

Genevieve was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, H. Gene O’Neal of Versailles.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later time with Larry Marriott of the Tipton Cowboy Church officiating.
