Glenda Viann Gibson (Balman)

Glenda Viann (Balman) Gibson died August 5, 2023. 

She is preceded in death by her mother Viola Louise Balman and father Glen Edward Balman,  brothers Clyde Balman and Richard Balman.

Those left to mourn her loss are her husband Ricky Gibson,  sisters Kay (Chuck) Dutton of Beatrice Nebraska, Pat (Jerry) Watts of Harrch, Oklahoma; brothers Stan Balman of Hutchison, Kansas and David Balman of Lenard, Kansas and many nieces and nephews. 

Glenda was baptized at the Methodist church in Rozel, Kansas and went to Pawnee Heights, High School in Rozel, Kansas.  After high school she went to Kansas City and worked for a cardiologist group for several years.  In 1994 she moved to Chula, MO where she married Rick Gibson.  She worked at Serve Link Home Care in Trenton, MO until 2012, she then moved to St. James where she worked at the Phelps County Courthouse until April 2023.  She loved her pet dog Gracie which she cherished.  She was a big Kansas University fan.

She was a loving wife and a friend to many.

Her celebration of life will be at a later date.
