James "Tyler" Wade Humphrey

James “Tyler” Wade Humphrey, 39, of Rolla passed away on Sunday March 9, 2025, in Newburg. He was born November 29, 1985, in Great Falls, Montana his parents are the late Robert Dwayne Humphrey and Teresa (Brinkley) Jackson. He attended Rolla High School. He was married to Tabi Krogmeier Humburd in St. James.

Tyler was a self-employed roofer and did many jobs in the construction trade. He was always willing to help someone out, often saying there was no job too big or too small for him to handle.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, lifting weights, and any activity that would bring a smile to someone’s face. Tyler was known for his huge smile and huge laugh and his beautiful blue eyes.

Tyler is survived by his wife Tabi of Rolla and three sons and two daughters, grandparents Kay and Jimmy Humphrey, his mother Teresa Jackson and her husband Steve, three sisters Trish, Bobbie Sue, and Elizabeth, three brothers Colby, Johnathan, and Charles, one Aunt Michelle, numerous other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by four great grandparents, two grandparents, his father, one uncle and a cousin.

Services will be Saturday March 29th at 2:00 pm at the First Assembly of God Church in Rolla with Lance Langenberg and Chuck Whitmire officiating.

Donations may be made to the First Assembly of God for burial cost and for the Heartland's Ministry.
