Janice Ann Eggert

Janice Ann (Hodges) Eggert, age 69 of Rolla, passed away on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at her residence. 

Janice was born on June 6, 1950, in Rolla, a daughter to the late Robert Lee and Dorothy Rosella (Perry) Hodges.

Janice attended the Rolla school system and was a homemaker for most of her life.

In 1989, Janice met her husband, Dave Johnson, and the couple were together for over 30 years.

Janice liked to read when she was younger. She enjoyed watching the “Andy Griffith Show”, “Little House on the Prairie”, and “Murder She Wrote”, listening to Mo-Town music and writing her daughter, Kim, a letter everyday. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family.

Janice is survived by: her husband, Dave Johnson of Rolla; one daughter, Kimberly Clark and her husband Adam of Enterprise, AL; one grandson, Colby Clark of Enterprise, Al; one brother, Bob and his wife Marcia of Santa Rosa, FL; one sister, Teresa Hodges of St. Louis; one sister-in-law, Barbara Hodges; and nieces and nephews, Petey, Jason, Shawn, Mandy, Christy, Amy, Robbie, Charlee, Nathanial, Lyric, Shepard, River, Beau, Amber, Mike as well as many extended family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by one brother, Ronald Hodges.
