Kenneth W. Overshon

Kenneth W. Overshon, 75, of Cuba passed away on Saturday January 18, 2025, at his home. He was born February 21, 1949, in Newburg to Joseph Overshon and Virginia Shaw. Kenneth attended school at Rolla and completed classes through Rolla Junior High before leaving school to begin working. On May 13, 2006, he married Diane Overshon, who survives at the home, in Rolla. 

Kenneth became a fixture in the Steelville School District where he worked as a maintenance man for the entire district. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and all things outdoors.

In addition to his wife Kenneth is survived by Cheri Hudson of Newburg, Joseph Overshon of Doolittle, Mel (Matthew) Lewis of Houston, Amanda Penfield (Scott Davenport) of Owensville, Thomas Lewis of Salem, Allen Overshon (Angie Lotthe) of Cuba, Sarah Overshon of Cuba, Shauna (Clay) Young of Edgar Springs, Penni Ferguson (David Woods) of St. James, Linda Cunningham of Cuba, Connie Jones of St. James, Cindy Bonebreak of Rolla, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Overshon and Virgina Shaw Davis.
