Lloyd Sidney McCrite

Lloyd Sidney McCrite, age 79 of Rolla, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at his residence.

Lloyd was born January 19, 1942, in Bryant, MO, a son to the late Elmer Clifford and Ruth Marie (Ballard) McCrite.

After high school, Lloyd enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany.

Lloyd worked for over 22 years at Georgia Pacific Corporation before his retirement.

On March 20, 1985, Lloyd was united in marriage to Julia Mae Seddon. She survives of the home.

Lloyd enjoyed playing as well as working on computers, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to his spouse of 36 years, Lloyd is survived by his siblings, Alfred Aldrich of Sullivan, Don McCrite and his wife Sharon of Rolla and Richard McCrite and his wife Shirley of the state of North Carolina, three stepsons, Timothy and his wife Crystal of St. James, Randall Copeland of Sullivan and Kevin McCrite of Fergus Falls, MN.

In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by, a brother and an infant sister.

Memorial Services for Lloyd will be held at a later date.
