Mathew James Rogers

Mathew James Rogers passed away February 11, 2023, with his family at his bedside.  He was born August 23, 1974, the son of Dan and Linda Rogers and grandson of the late Victor and Delcie Butler.  He is survived by two daughters Paige Wade and husband Taylor of Fulton, Brianne Rogers, and Seth Vance of Bourbon, five grandchildren, Charlie, Sandy, Aurora, Tracon, and Willow.  He is also survived by one sister Jamie Belcher of Belle, two brothers Carl Buddemeyer and Meliss of Belle, Charles Dewayne Buddemeyer of Bland.  His best friend Charles “Toot” Buddemeyer preceded him in death.  He was an auto mechanic by trade, and he served in the U.S. Army.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing and being with family of which he will be missed.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date at the Restored Church of Jesus Christ.
