Wanda Sue Davis

  Wanda Sue Davis, age 57, of Rolla, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016, at home with family. Wanda was born on February 10, 1959, in Rolla.  A daughter to the late Bud Earney and Betty Earney who survives of Rolla. On July 17, 1975, she was united in marriage to Jerry Lee Davis in Rolla.  He survives of the home. Wanda recently retired from her employment at Missouri S&T, for the Residential Life Facility and Operations Department, after numerous years of service. Wanda enjoyed fishing, camping, gardening and watching her grandkids grow. In addition to her spouse of 40 years, she is survived by: three children, Tracy Mendenhall and her husband Robert John of Licking, Bobbi Davis and Troy McDaniel of Rolla, and Billy Davis of Newburg; eight grandchildren, Keysa Robison and Taran Stokes, Justin Keys and Natali Leon, Colette Davis, KayLee Davis, Jordan Krewson, Cole Davis, Audrey Krewson, and Rowdy Carroll; one great grandchild, Riley Sue Stokes to arrive this summer; two sisters, Judy Earney and Patricia Hart both of Rolla; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Earney A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016, at the Rolla Lions Club Park, Pavilion #10. A potluck dinner will follow the service. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Rolla Mercy Oncology Clinic.
